Mutagen

A *very* small, very rough FPS action game inspird by Hotline Miami and Tsutomu Nihei's Abara manga, with a small hint of imsim along the way. made for Acerola Game Jam 0

The premise of the game was humans would randomally mutate and the governing body sent you, a "cleaner" who's body is infused with an altered version of the mutagen threatening humanity into extinction, to remove them from areas they'd occupied and eliminate the target (target not currently implemented, sorry i was very tired)

will probably add onto the game overtime to make it more in-line with what i originally planned it to be, and will keep the acerola game jam version available as well for posterity

Controls:

1, 2, 3 (top of keyboard) for weapons, pistol, smg, shotgun respectfully

wasd: movement

space: jump

f: interact (can pick up the cat)

left mouse button: fires weapon (can also throw cat)

current bugs/issues in build:

• i fucked up the enemy count. it should be 26, not 27
• weapons don't always fire towards centre of screen
• some enemies just don't function properly
